We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker/Joinery to join our talented team at Project22 in our Scoresby, Victoria location. As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of custom cabinet design, fabrication and installation. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth opportunities and development.

What you'll be doing

Interpret design plans and drawings to fabricate high-quality custom cabinets and furniture pieces

Operate woodworking machinery and tools to cut, shape, and assemble cabinet components

Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure cabinetry meets specified requirements

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Cabinet Maker in a commercial or residential setting

Strong working knowledge of cabinet construction techniques, materials, and finishes

Proficiency in reading and interpreting design plans and technical drawings

Skilled in the use of power tools, hand tools, and woodworking machinery

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong time management and organisational skills
