The remuneration structure provides the stability of a salary while rewarding strong performance through commission. The full package will be discussed based on your experience, existing results and the value you can bring to the role.

The Role

You will manage the sales process from prospecting through to settlement while building a strong pipeline of future business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building relationships with property owners, buyers and local contacts
- Prospecting consistently and identifying new business opportunities
- Conducting market appraisals and listing presentations
- Securing listings and developing effective campaign strategies
- Managing buyer enquiry, private inspections and open homes
- Negotiating offers and guiding clients through the sales process
- Maintaining regular and meaningful communication with vendors and buyers
- Building your personal profile within the local community
- Working closely with our sales, marketing and administration teams
- Delivering a professional and seamless client experience

Who We Are Looking For

We are open to candidates at different stages of their real estate career.

You may already be an established agent looking for stronger support, better systems and greater opportunity. You may also be an associate or experienced salesperson with the ambition and work ethic to build a successful career in real estate.

You will ideally have:

- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, or the ability to obtain one
- Previous real estate sales experience or experience in a customer-focused sales role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence conducting appraisals and client presentations
- Strong local knowledge or a willingness to develop it quickly
- A current driver licence and reliable vehicle
