Solutions Specialist

Infotrust is growing our Professional Services capability and we are looking for a technically strong, client-facing Solutions Specialist to join the team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure and cloud challenges, working directly with customers, and owning projects from discovery and design through to implementation and handover.

Working across a variety of cloud and infrastructure projects, you will help clients modernise environments, improve operational maturity, and implement scalable, supportable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivering cloud and infrastructure projects end-to-end
- Leading technical discovery and solution design activities
- Supporting pre-sales engagements, scoping and solution feasibility
- Delivering migrations and contemporary workplace implementations
- Producing high-quality documentation, handovers and operational runbooks
- Working closely with engineering, delivery and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
