Working in a hybrid model, you'll complete administration and telehealth appointments from home while attending participant visits for assessments and interventions.

The Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll manage your own caseload while supporting NDIS participants of all ages with a range of psychosocial and physical disabilities. You'll work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators, and other health professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and environmental assessments.

Deliver evidence-based interventions aligned with participants' NDIS goals.

Prescribe, trial, and recommend assistive technology while collaborating with suppliers.

Complete home modification assessments and recommendations, including complex modifications where appropriate.

Provide ongoing therapy sessions tailored to participant needs.

Liaise with participants, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary providers.

Manage your own caseload and schedule while maintaining safe, ethical, and high-quality clinical practice.

About You

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working autonomously while remaining connected to a supportive team.

You'll have

Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (essential).

Minimum two years' experience as an Occupational Therapist (preferred).





Experience working with NDIS participants (preferred but not essential).

Experience completing Functional Capacity Assessments and ongoing therapy.

Home modification experience, including complex modifications, highly regarded.

Experience supporting clients across all age groups and with psychosocial and physical disabilities.

Strong communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning skills.

A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle for participant visits.

Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Full Australian working rights.
