Fraser’s Events | Kings Park, Perth Fraser’s Events is seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our award-winning kitchen team. Based in the stunning surrounds of Kings Park, you'll work across a diverse range of events including corporate functions, weddings, gala dinners and premium private celebrations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys producing high-quality food at scale while maintaining exceptional standards.
About the Role
- Assist in leading and developing a passionate kitchen team.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver premium functions and events.
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure consistency, quality and presentation across all services.
- Maintain food safety and HACCP standards.
- Assist with ordering, stock control and kitchen organization.
- Lead services and support junior chefs during busy periods.
About You
- Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Solid organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with banquets, functions or high-volume service is highly regarded.
- Ability to lead by example and maintain calm under pressure.
- Passion for fresh produce and quality food.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends when required.
