- Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, answering enquiries, managing bookings and providing personalised spa tours.
- Manage reception operations, including phone enquiries, memberships, payments, bookings and customer administration using our systems.
- Drive membership and retail sales by confidently recommending services, memberships and wellness products.
- Maintain the presentation, cleanliness and readiness of reception, treatment areas, saunas and wellness facilities to the highest standards.
- Assist with stock control, linen management, opening and closing procedures, and day-to-day operational tasks to keep the spa running smoothly.
- Support the Spa Manager while maintaining brand standards, following company procedures and creating an outstanding experience for every guest.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
- Confidence working towards membership, retail or service sales targets while providing personalised recommendations.
- A proactive,



organised and professional approach with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, a positive attitude, excellent problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain) and full Australian working rights, with flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster.

Our Osborne Park team is passionate about helping every guest leave feeling refreshed, restored and ready to take on the day.

We operate 5.30am - 9:00pm Monday to Friday and 7:00am - 6:00pm weekends, so flexibility to work a rotating roster across seven days is essential.
