An excellent opportunity has arisen for a lawyer to join the Construction & Infrastructure team of a leading law firm on a short-term contract basis.

This highly regarded team advises on significant infrastructure, energy, transport, social infrastructure and construction projects across Australia and is seeking additional support within its disputes practice.

The role will see you working on a range of contentious construction matters, including adjudications, arbitration, litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Experience with delay and disruption claims, construction disputes or major projects work will be highly regarded.

The team is also open to considering solid commercial litigators who are interested in applying their disputes experience within the construction and infrastructure sector.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 7+ years' PAE




- Experience in construction disputes, litigation, arbitration or adjudications
- Strong drafting and matter management skills
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to resolving disputes
- Availability to commence a contract role in the near future
