Your Impact

As a Specialist People Business Partner, you'll enable business performance across APAC Projects by partnering with leaders to deliver effective people & talent strategies, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle support. You'll help shape talent outcomes, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and ensure consistent people practices across a diverse project portfolio.

As Part of Our Team, You Will

- Partner with APAC Projects leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business and enterprise objectives.
- Drive workforce planning and talent pipeline efforts while supporting the development of high-potential employees and critical capability needs.
- Provide trusted advice on people policies, processes, organizational design, change management, and team effectiveness initiatives.




- Analyze people data and key metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and support informed business decisions.
- Coordinate key people programs across the project portfolio, including performance management, talent planning, engagement initiatives, and employee relations activities

Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
- Experience partnering with leaders in a human resources, people business partnering, or related role.
- Knowledge of change management principles and organizational design practices in a fast-paced business environment.
- Ability to manage employee relations matters and support workplace investigations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency using HR systems such as CORE, SuccessFactors, or comparable people management platforms.

Your Work Environment
- Individual contributor role within the People function.
- Supports APAC Projects leaders and project teams across a regional project portfolio.
- Collaborates with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver consistent people processes and programs.
- Roster 5x2, Hybrid Model, 2-3 days at the Brisbane Office
- Travelling to sites according to business needs (likely every 2 months)
