St Paul’s Grammar School is a co-educational, non-denominational Christian Grammar school located in Sydney’s Greater West. An International Baccalaureate World School, located on expansive grounds across a 70-acre campus, St Paul’s students benefit from excellent facilities set amidst cultivated native gardens and bushland.

Position Summary: The role of the Sport Academy Coordinator is to deliver a comprehensive, enriching and high achieving Cocurricular sport program. The Sport Academy Coordinator needs to be able to coordinate the activities of the allocated sports to enable the enhancement and development of an exceptional cocurricular sport program for the School.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong passion and enthusiasm for sport.

We are open to appointing either a qualified teacher or a non-teaching staff member, depending on the strengths and experience of the successful applicant.

The successful applicant will have:

- Expert and current knowledge of a wide range of ports and the ability to use it to develop their allocated sports at the school.
- Professional and personal attributes that enable them to influence others to improve their practice.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead initiatives that make a positive contribution to the quality of the sports program and student wellbeing in their school and skilled community.




- Appropriate teaching qualifications and experience (Teaching position) and accreditation to teach with NSW NESA (or exemption from pre-2004) at Step 2.1 or above.
- Demonstrated experience in sport administration in an educational environment
- Current Working with Children Check (NSW WWCC).
- Membership of a local Christian church or community.
- Attention to detail and high-level organisational ability.
- Proven ability to work as a constructive member of a team with a professional, courteous manner.
