HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join the People & Culture team in Melbourne on a 10–12 month parental leave cover contract. This role serves as the first point of contact for HR support for employees and managers, delivering hands-on guidance across employee relations, HR operations, compliance, systems, and employee experience initiatives.

Responsibilities include advisory support, employee relations, policy maintenance, and HR reporting.
