Motorama is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Finance Broker to join our growing Finance team. You'll work with a wide panel of lenders, helping customers secure finance solutions while delivering a seamless experience from enquiry through to settlement.

What You'll Be Doing

- Meet with customers to understand their finance needs and borrowing capacity.
- Structure and submit finance applications to an extensive lender panel.
- Manage applications from enquiry through to settlement.




- Build solid relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Maintain an active pipeline and achieve settlement and revenue targets.
- Ensure all applications meet responsible lending and compliance requirements.
- Keep accurate records using CRM and broker systems.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in consumer, commercial or asset finance broking.
- Strong understanding of lender policies and credit assessment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Sales-driven with a customer-first approach.
- Experience using CRM or broker software.
