An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist or established Occupational Therapy Team Leader to join a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider in Sunshine.

You can choose to:

- Work predominantly with a paediatric caseload from the Sunshine clinic

- Manage a varied paediatric and adult community caseload

- Work across NDIS and Home Care Packages / Support at Home

- Step into a Senior Occupational Therapist position

- Take on a Team Lead role with the opportunity to support other clinicians and help shape the continued growth of the Occupational Therapy team

The Opportunity

This is a senior position offering the opportunity to combine meaningful clinical work with leadership, supervision and team development.

You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team and play an important role in supporting the Occupational Therapy service. Your responsibilities may include:

- Providing clinical supervision and mentoring to Occupational Therapists





- Supporting clinicians with complex cases and clinical decision-making

- Promoting strong clinical standards and quality service delivery

- Assisting with team development, onboarding and professional growth

- Contributing to service improvement and the continued growth of the Occupational Therapy team

- Managing your own caseload in an area aligned with your interests

The organisation is open to structuring the position as either a Team Lead role or a Senior Occupational Therapist role with formal supervision responsibilities .

What You Can Expect

- Salary between $110,000 and $125,000 + super , depending on experience and leadership responsibilities

- The choice of a paediatric-only or mixed lifespan caseload

- Exposure to NDIS, Home Care Packages and Support at Home

- The ability to localise community appointments where possible

- Full-time and part-time arrangements considered

About You

You may already be working as a Senior Occupational Therapist or Team Leader, or you may be an experienced clinician who is ready to take the next step.

You will ideally bring:

- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

- Experience working with paediatric, adult or mixed community caseloads

- An interest in mentoring, clinical leadership or service development

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- The ability to work confidently and independently

- A current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for community appointments (Not required)

Previous leadership experience is welcomed but not essential. Clinicians with strong clinical experience and the desire to grow into leadership are encouraged to apply.
