Senior Speech Pathologists | Leadership & Flexible Work Options

Stream Healthcare is partnering with a range of established allied health providers across Sydney metro to recruit Senior Speech Pathologists to work across diverse caseloads (paediatric and adult).

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced clinicians seeking clinical leadership, autonomy, and career progression , while maintaining flexibility in how and where they work.

The Role:

- Deliver comprehensive assessments and advanced, evidence-based interventions across paediatric and adult populations
- Manage and prioritise a varied caseload across clinic, community, school, and home-based settings
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior and early-career Speech Pathologists
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and best practice initiatives
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities to influence clinical direction

- Salary range $90,000 – $130,000 + super (experience dependent)

Essential Criteria:

- Current or eligible membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience managing complex caseloads across paediatric and/or adult clients
- Experience providing supervision or mentoring (highly desirable)
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
