The Company
This well-established FMCG manufacturer operates a large-scale production facility in Shepparton, supplying products to both domestic and international markets. With continued investment in automation, plant upgrades, and reliability, they are looking to strengthen their maintenance team with an experienced Maintenance Electrician.

The Role
Working a rotating roster (12-hour shifts across days and nights), you will play a key role in maintaining and improving plant reliability within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on position supporting production through both reactive and preventative maintenance, as well as contributing to ongoing site improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Electrical fault finding and breakdown response across production equipment
- Carrying out preventative and predictive maintenance activities
- Working with PLCs, drives, motors, and control systems
- Supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance OEE and reliability




- Ensuring all work is completed in line with safety and quality standards
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records via CMMS systems

About You

- Trade-qualified A Grade Electrician
- Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, or high-speed production environments
- Strong fault-finding skills across automated plant
- Exposure to PLCs (e.g. Allen Bradley, Siemens), VSDs, and control systems
- Comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on reliability
