About the Role

As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. You will ensure properties are well maintained, tenancies are managed professionally, and all work is completed in accordance with Queensland legislation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a residential property portfolio from start to finish.

Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit inspections.

Coordinate maintenance and repairs.

Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears.

Handle tenant enquiries and resolve issues professionally.





Ensure compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation.

Maintain accurate records and property management software.

About You

Previous experience in residential property management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Current driver's licence.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience using property management software such as PropertyMe, Property Tree, or Console Cloud is highly regarded.

Hours:

Monday to Friday

9:00am – 5:00pm
