Following the success of a sold out three-month residency, chef Rosheen Kaul's French-Asian bistro Little Rose is opening permanently in Fitzroy.
We are looking for experienced front of house professionals to join the team, with reopening set for Thursday the 20th of August.
A high level of wine and cocktail knowledge would be preferred but not essential.
The position includes;
