EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL!! Casual position: Cairns region. NDIS support worker with experience working with clients who live with mental illness.

Mental Health experience essential. Cutting-edge Supports, a locally owned company, is seeking support workers with experience in and a passion for working in the mental health field to join our team of exceptional individuals. Must-haves: Experience working with people who may present with a range of mental health or psychological conditions; must have experience with people that use substances.

Must also have a positive outlook, uplifting and fun personality, kindness, empathy,



resilience and be non-judgmental towards participants. Ability to work across a 7 day roster. Hold a current BlueCard, first aid certificate, Full Driver's license, a comprehensively insured vehicle, and a police check.

This role is perfect for people with the following backgrounds; disability workers, teachers, nurses, allied health professionals, community service workers or experience in the homeless sector. Afternoon shifts essential.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years mental health experience.
