About the role

This is a newly created role, built to anchor Modra's people, safety and quality functions as we embed Employment Hero and prepare to roll out Safety Champion.

You’ll centralise administration across HR, safety and quality, bringing improvement, consistency and reliability to Modra's processes. You’ll be an significant anchor to Modra's recruitment, review and retention practices, supporting people from the moment they join us, right through their time at Modra. And you’ll do that with a genuine seat at the leadership table, reporting directly to the CEO.

Who we’re looking for

You’ve ideally worked in a senior HR,



OHS or quality administration role, with exposure across more than one. This isn’t a role suited to an entry‑level or graduate position. It requires someone with hands‑on experience administering systems and processes across HR, safety and quality, and previous experience with Employment Hero and/or Safety Champion (or similar HRIS/OHS systems) would be a strong plus.

You’ll bring judgement and offer recommendations within your area of expertise, and you’ll recognise that administration across HR, safety and quality is just as critical to this role as those contributions. Your input feeds directly into the decisions our Leadership team makes on HR and OHS matters. This isn’t a secretarial function sitting outside those decisions, but the consistency, routine, reliability and standard of practice that empowers them.

You’ll be based on‑site at our Warragul office, with some hybrid flexibility potentially considered over time. A 0.8 FTE arrangement may also be considered.
