The Role:

As a key member of our clinical team, you will work closely with our GPs to deliver comprehensive primary care services. This is a diverse role covering everything from acute triage to chronic disease management. Four to five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clinical Care: Wound management, immunisations, ECGs, spirometry, and assisting with minor surgical procedures.
- Chronic Disease Management: Developing and maintaining GP Management Plans (GPMPs) and Team Care Arrangements (TCAs).
- Triage: Assessing acute presentations and managing the flow of the treatment room.
- Cold Chain Management: Ensuring the integrity of our vaccine fridge and stock.
- Health Promotion:



Conducting health assessments for our aging population.

About You:

- Current AHPRA Registration (RN ).
- General Practice experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Best Practice (BP) software is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) related to nursing items.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient rapport and teamwork.
- A proactive attitude toward clinical governance and accreditation standards.
