- End-to-end management of a commercial and retail property portfolio.
- Management of approximately 110 tenants.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance, including obtaining and reviewing contractor quotations.
- Managing rent collection, arrears, rent reviews, lease renewals, options, and expiries.
- Preparing detailed client reports and ownership recommendations.
- Conducting inspections and attending onsite meetings as required.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practice.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

- Previous experience in commercial property management.
- Strong understanding of commercial and retail leasing practices.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and solid financial administration capabilities.
- Confidence managing client relationships and stakeholder communications.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your portfolio.
- Strong knowledge of trust accounting principles and property management systems.
- Real estate Cert QLD (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
