Elite Tennis Academy is seeking a full-time Sports Development Officer to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of participation and development programs across its operations.

The Company

Elite Tennis Academy operates of Mornington Tennis Centre, delivering structured programs to participants of all ages and abilities, from entry-level participation through to advanced development pathways.

The Position – Role & Responsibilities The Sports Development Officer will play a key role in supporting participation growth and delivering high-quality sports development programmes across multiple locations.

- Plan and deliver structured sports development programmes across schools, community groups, and partner organisations.
- Coordinate programme schedules, events, and competitions and large-scale participation programmes.
- Maintain accurate programme records, attendance data, and reporting outcomes.
- Support structured programme delivery and participant development outcomes.
- Liaise with schools, parents, coaches, and stakeholders to support and promote sports programme delivery.
- Assist with sports promotion, marketing,



and participation growth initiatives across the community.
- Support operational requirements across facilities and sports development programmes.
- Evaluate programme effectiveness through participation tracking, reporting, and ongoing assessment to support continuous improvement and growth.

Hours & Remuneration Hours: Full time (38 hours per week)

Salary: $75,000-$85,000 + superannuation per annum.

Skills & Experience (Minimum Requirements)

- Relevant qualification in Sport Development, Sport Management, Physical Education, or a related field, or at least 2 years' experience in sport development or programme coordination delivering measurable participation outcomes.
- Experience in sport programme delivery, coordination, or community sport development.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage schedules, stakeholders, and programme logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
