About You:





We’re looking for team members who take pride in their work and are passionate about producing high-quality results. The ideal candidates will have:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience (for qualified trades roles)

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- The ability to work efficiently and maintain a high standard of quality
- A desire to be part of a professional, close-knit team

- Familiarity with PPG and associated equipment (highly regarded)

- Ability to interpret & follow OEM procedures accurately

- Solid communication and teamwork skills

- Basic computer literacy for job tracking and system updates

- Current Australian driver’s licence

- Full Australian working rights

Key Responsibilities (depending on role):

- Spray Painters: Smash repairs, hail damage repair, Efficient Prep, Application and Buff of vehicles with care and accuracy achieving OEM finish
