Remuneration : $41.53 - $42.47 per hour

Where you'll be working Northern Beaches Hospital - Staffing Office

What You'll Be Doing The Staffing Administration Officer is responsible for the development and management of a highly skilled nursing and midwifery relief workforce of agency and casual staff.





Shift roster across 7 days of the week 6.30am-3pm and 2.30pm-10.30pm.

You will recruit and manage agency and casual staff with responsibility for ensuring the best use of staff to meet workforce needs. You will ensure training and performance development needs of the agency and casual staff are met, provide support for clinical units and be responsible for working with N/MUM's, to ensure that a highly adaptable and skilled workforce is available to meet the operational needs on a daily basis.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Highly professional phone manner and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills.
