About the role

As Stock Control and Registrations Supervisor, you will oversee the accurate management of vehicle stock and ensure every registration is processed correctly and on time, keeping the dealership running smoothly.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Supervising the stock control and registrations team, giving you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a supportive environment
- Managing vehicle stock records across the dealership, ensuring accuracy that the entire sales team depends on
- Overseeing the end-to-end registration process for new and used vehicles, including transfers and compulsory third party insurance administration
- Liaising with the Department of Transport and other external bodies, building relationships that keep compliance on track
- Identifying process improvements that reduce errors and save time across the stock and registration functions
- Collaborating with sales, finance, and delivery teams so every customer handover is completed without delay

About You You are someone who takes pride in getting the details right and can guide a team to do the same, even when volumes are high.

More about you

- Previous experience in a stock control, registrations, or dealership administration role gives you a solid foundation to step confidently into this position
- Strong organisational skills mean competing priorities rarely get the better of you




- Familiarity with Queensland vehicle registration processes and Transport and Main Roads requirements will set you up from day one
- Experience using dealer management systems is an advantage, and your comfort with technology means you adapt quickly to new tools
- A clear communicator, you keep team members informed and hold yourself and others accountable without micromanaging
