THE ROLE
We currently have three store leadership opportunities across boutiques in Hurstville, Homebush and Wetherill:
Assistant Store Manager positions supporting the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding in-boutique experience, typically working Sunday to Thursday.
Store Manager positions taking full ownership of boutique performance, team leadership and customer experience, typically working Tuesday to Saturday.
Both roles are hands-on, customer-facing and coaching-focused, giving you the chance to lead from the floor, build a solid team culture and directly influence the success of your boutique.
Day-to-Day
- Open and close the boutique, leading trade across the day
- Get hands-on in the fitting room, styling and building genuine client relationships
- Coach, motivate and develop your team to hit sales and service targets
- Track daily and weekly performance against key metrics and adjust focus accordingly
- Support rostering, wage control and stock accuracy
- Maintain strong visual presentation standards and help execute campaigns and promotions
- Act as a trusted point of escalation and support for your team and customers
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Store Manager
- Proven experience leading a retail team, ideally within fashion or premium retail
- A strong track record against sales, conversion and other commercial KPIs
- Confidence coaching, developing and performance-managing a team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Well organised and comfortable managing rosters, wages and stock processes
Assistant Store Manager
- Experience in a customer-facing retail environment, with some emerging leadership exposure
- A genuine passion for styling, fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication skills and a natural rapport with customers and colleagues
- Energetic, positive and keen to grow into a store leadership career
- Reliable, well presented and values-driven

SALARY $66,000 - $68,000 + Super + plus performance-based bonus + 50% staff discount
