Duties and responsibilities

- Provideexceptional customer service to all Landlords and Tenants
- Prepareand renewleases
- Rental reviews and arrears control
- Ingoing and outgoing condition reports
- Organise maintenance and property repair requests

What you need





- Whilst some experience in Property Management is definitely a benefit, it's not the be-all and end-all if you don't have it.....the right attitude and transferrable skills carry weight for this position.
- Some requirements are as follows:
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights
- Some experience in property management or real estate is ideal but not necessary
- Driver's licence and vehicle
- Honest and trustworthy mindset
- Strong ability to maintain transparency

- Ability to navigate high-pressure situations ina calm, confident and methodical manner
- Outstanding relationship-building skills, with the ability andconfidenceto converse with people naturally
