Physio Professionals is seeking an experienced and confident Physiotherapist to join our established private practice team, working 25–30 hours per week across 3–4 weekdays .

This role is ideally structured as two days in Caloundra and two days in Buderim , offering variety, consistency, and a great work–life balance on the Sunshine Coast.

About the Role

You will work with a loyal and diverse patient base in modern, well-equipped clinics with strong administrative support.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions

- Developing and delivering tailored, evidence-based treatment plans

- Hands-on physiotherapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programs

- Small group rehab or exercise sessions where appropriate

- Collaborating with experienced clinicians to optimise patient outcomes

- Maintaining clear, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation

About You

We’re looking for a physiotherapist who is confident in private practice and values high standards of care.

You will have:





- Current AHPRA registration and full working rights in Australia

- A Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)

- Solid private practice experience and strong clinical reasoning skills

- Confidence managing your own caseload

- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

- A professional, patient-focused approach to care
