About the Role

We are currently seeking a Team Leader to lead, coach and mentor a small team of commercial cleaners.

This role involves overseeing cleaning operations across multiple sites, conducting site inspections, and ensuring high service standards are maintained.You will identify and resolve service issues, implement corrective actions, and keep site documentation up to date.

We are seeking someone with commercial cleaning and leadership experience, robust communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and lead by example is essential.

The role will require the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings if required.

About You

- Previous commercial cleaning experience (essential)
- Current driver's license and own transport (essential)
- Previous leadership experience (desirable)
- Current White Card (desirable)
- Willingness to learn and adapt, with a can-do attitude
- High attention to detail, reliable and punctual
- Good communications skills, both verbal and written
