We are seeking experienced Casual and Full‑Time Bartenders to join our team and help deliver an exceptional beverage experience within one of Australia’s most exciting recent hospitality destinations.

With a proven background in premium hospitality, you’ll bring confidence behind the bar, a genuine passion for great service, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Whether you’re crafting classic cocktails, recommending premium spirits and wines, or simply making every guest feel welcome, you’ll play a key role in setting the standard for service.

You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to the highest standard, maintaining an organised and well‑stocked bar, building genuine connections with guests, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver seamless service every shift.
