About Precise Radiology

Precise Radiology is a modern, privately owned diagnostic imaging clinic dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Our clinic offers a comprehensive range of imaging services, including:

- X-Ray
- CT
- Ultrasound
- Interventional Procedures
- Echocardiography
- DEXA
- OPG

As our clinic continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Medical Receptionist who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in ensuring every patient has a positive experience while helping our clinical team provide efficient, high-quality care.

You'll work closely with radiographers, sonographers, radiologists, referring doctors and other healthcare professionals in a busy, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcoming and assisting patients with professionalism and compassion
- Managing incoming phone calls and responding to emails
- Booking and coordinating patient appointments
- Communicating with radiographers, sonographers and radiologists
- Liaising with GPs, specialists, pathology providers and other medical clinics
- Managing referrals and patient documentation
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic

About You

- Enjoys working as part of a supportive healthcare team




- Can multitask while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Is reliable, professional and eager to learn

Candidates with previous administration or reception experience will be highly regarded. Experience in medical imaging will be viewed particularly favorably, as you'll already have an understanding of the fast-paced nature of diagnostic imaging services.

However, if you're the right person with the right attitude, we are happy to provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

Many of our patients speak English as a second language, so the ability to speak another language is highly regarded.

Availability

This is a full-time position.

Our reception team works on a rotating weekend roster , so flexibility to work weekends as part of the roster is essential.
