What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering safe, person-centred nursing and/or midwifery care across inpatient and emergency settings at Port Lincoln Hospital
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
- Supporting patients and families through acute episodes, including those requiring maternity or birthing care where applicable
- Contributing to a culture of continuous quality improvement and clinical safety within the unit

What You'll Bring

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience in a generalist, emergency or maternity setting - rural or regional experience highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and adapt in a smaller hospital workplace with broad scope
- Clear communication skills and a commitment to culturally secure care, including for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients
- Willingness to work variable casual shifts across the pool period through to 30 June 2027
