About the Role

As an Upholsterer at Turnco, you will be responsible for producing high-quality upholstered furniture and components to company standards. You'll work with a supportive team, using quality materials and modern equipment to deliver exceptional finished products.

Key Responsibilities

- Upholster a range of furniture to a high standard
- Read and interpret work orders and specifications
- Measure, cut, fit and staple fabric, leather and other materials
- Maintain excellent quality control and attention to detail
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
- Keep your work area clean and safe
- Contribute positively to a team-focused workplace

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous upholstery experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to use upholstery tools and equipment safely
- Good time management and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and commitment to quality
