About Us
We provide specialist dental care to children from birth through adolescence, creating a calm, gentle, and respectful experience for every child and family. We are a small team that works closely together and takes pride in delivering high-quality care while supporting one another.
No two days are the same—this role offers variety, learning, and genuinely meaningful work.
About the Role
This is a full-time, long-term position. If you are new to dentistry, don't worry—we provide full training and hands‑on mentoring for the right trainee.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception and patient coordination
- Sterilisation and infection control
- Supporting smooth day‑to‑day practice operations
- Working across our private practice in Kew and hospital setting in Clayton

- Have minimum VCE education
- No dental experience required for trainees — a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential.

Salary Guide
Trainee: Award-based with regular reviews
Experienced Dental Assistant: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
(Salary discussed openly at interview)
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Work across Kew and Clayton
Reliable car and current driver's licence required
Probationary licence holders are welcome to apply
