What you’ll be doing;

- Managing a income protection and TPD portfolio from lodgement through to finalisation
- Determining eligibility, liability and managing the claim process to achieve return to work outcomes
- Develop claims strategies including injury management, return to work, or settlements

They will love your background in;

- Life insurance claims assessment experience ideally across all products with DA (group or retail life insurance)
- Robust understanding of LICOP standards and claims management process
- Demonstrated ability to show empathy and go above and beyond for claimants
