Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our energetic team. This role focuses on working with children, helping them achieve developmental milestones and overcome challenges through personalized therapeutic interventions. You will also work with individuals across the lifespan and collaborate with a dedicated team, gaining invaluable experience in the NDIS industry.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state license or AHPRA eligibility
- Experience in treating developmental and sensory disorders
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapy for developmental, sensory, and coordination challenges
- Collaborate with Physios, Speech Therapists, and EPs for holistic care
- Educate parents/caregivers on home-based strategies
- Weekly supervision with an experienced OT
