Product Assistant - Homeware & Soft Home

Join Décor Innovations as our Junior Product Manager and get hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle. Working alongside our Product Manager, you'll be at the heart of developing and launching 3,000+ products across bedding, curtains, and homewares — including brands like Dreamaker, Cadence & Co., and Jack & Ava.

- Assist in developing new product ranges and contribute your own ideas
- Research trends and competitor offerings to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to bring products to market on time
- Review supplier samples, manage costing, and ensure quality standards are met

Product Development & Strategy

- Assist in developing recent product ranges and contribute your own ideas
- Research trends and competitor offerings to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to bring products to market on time
- Review supplier samples, manage costing, and ensure quality standards are met

Data & Systems





- Keep product data accurate and up-to-date across all platforms
- Maintain tracking systems and dashboards to give the team visibility on project progress
- Create product information templates and manage launch documentation

Creative Support & Quality

- Review marketing assets, photography, and packaging against product specs
- Manage samples and maintain the showroom with current, on-brand displays
- Check product quality, labelling, and compliance before products go live where appropriate

Performance & Sales

- Work with the product and sales team to track product performance and manage reorders
- Support reporting and analysis to inform ranging decisions

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Experience in product, buying, or retail/wholesale (or you're early-career and really keen to learn)
- Exceptional attention to detail — data accuracy and quality control matter to you
- Comfortable with systems and numbers; quick to pick up new tools
- Organised, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple projects without close supervision
- A clear communicator who flags issues early and sees things through

Nice to Have

- Experience with Saastify, NetSuite, or similar product management systems
- A genuine passion for homewares, interior design, or product trends
