Sales / Customer service, Front of house

WBR Motorcycles is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service representative to join our team at our Echuca, Victoria location. This is a full-time position based at our front-of-house, where you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service whilst driving sales and building lasting relationships with motorcycle enthusiasts and customers. This role is essential to creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every customer has a positive experience with WBR Motorcycles.

What you'll be doing

Greeting customers with a warm and professional demeanour, providing outstanding customer service

Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommendations for motorcycles, accessories, and related products

Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and card payments

Maintaining knowledge of current product lines, promotions, and pricing information

Managing front-of-house operations, including till management and stock visibility

Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as needed

Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment

Answering telephone enquiries and directing customers appropriately

Goods receiving stock and managing stock

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers

Enthusiasm for motorcycles and genuine interest in our products and industry

Excellent numeracy skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems

Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests simultaneously

A positive attitude, reliability,



and strong work ethic

Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge

Previous sales experience or achieving sales targets is desirable
