The Opportunity:

Are you a skilled lawyer with 3+ years post-admission experience (PAE) with particular expertise in insolvency and commercial litigation?

Our growing, dynamic insolvency team are trusted advisers to a range of insolvency practitioners and company directors Australia-wide, guiding them through the complexities of both corporate and personal insolvency.

You will have the opportunity to be the main contact point for sophisticated clients from day 1, with business development to grow the practice highly encouraged and rewarded.

Work alongside lawyers who have specialist accreditation in business law, STEP membership, ARITA membership, FBA membership, ABRT membership and other industry-recognised accreditations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients across Litigation and Insolvency practice areas.
- Develop and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships.
- Collaborate with a team of over 30 professionals across our Adelaide and Sydney offices.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

Requirements:

- Admitted as a lawyer in Australia with 3+ years PAE.
- Strong desire to work in a city-based firm with a broader client base.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to high performance and professional growth.
- Experience in Litigation and Insolvency work is preferred.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $120,000+, including superannuation, and is commensurate with your experience. In line with our non-hierarchical culture, we offer the potential for salary growth beyond industry norms based on performance.
