As our studio continues to grow, we're looking for an experiencedBIM Coordinatorto support our Digital Strategy and BIM Management team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how technology enhances design, collaboration and project delivery across some of Australia's most exceptional luxury residential projects.

The Role
Working closely with our BIM Manager and project teams, you'll help drive best practice across the practice by maintaining and evolving our digital standards and supporting project delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the BIM Management and Digital Strategy team across the practice.
- Developing, maintaining and implementing BIM standards, templates and Revit content libraries.
- Providing day-to-day Revit and BIM support to architectural and interior design teams.
- Setting up Revit projects and monitoring model health across multiple concurrent projects.
- Assisting project teams with BIM coordination, documentation and technical delivery.
- Undertaking clash detection and model coordination where required.
- Contributing to the continual improvement of digital workflows and practice standards.
About You
You'll be a proactive and collaborative BIM professional who enjoys solving technical challenges while supporting design teams to produce exceptional work.
You'll bring:
- Minimum 3 years' experience within the BIM team of an architecture or interior design practice.
- Advanced Revit expertise, including the creation of complex Revit families and content libraries.
- Robust understanding of BIM workflows, project coordination and model management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and train project teams.
- Experience administering Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / Forma Design Collaboration.
- Working knowledge of other tools within the Autodesk Forma ecosystem.
- Experience with Microsoft Share Point.
- Highly regarded: experience with Dynamo, Python or other parametric design tools.
- Highly regarded: experience with Rhino or 3ds Max.
