The Opportunity

You'll initially take ownership of delivering commercial projects valued up to approximately $20 million, leading projects from pre-construction through to successful handover.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have genuine input into how projects are delivered, how systems evolve and how the business continues to improve.

As your role develops, you'll progressively become involved in:

- Mentoring Project Managers and Site Managers.
- Improving project delivery systems and operational processes.
- Supporting business development and client relationships.
- Resource planning and project programming.
- Strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
- Helping shape the future direction of the business.

What You'll Bring





You'll be an experienced commercial Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership, building strong relationships and delivering quality outcomes.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Approximately 10+ years' experience delivering commercial construction projects.
- Experience managing both current build and fit-out projects valued up to $20 million.
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
- Confidence leading project teams and mentoring others.
- Excellent client and consultant management skills.
- The ability to balance programme, quality, budget and stakeholder expectations.

Most importantly, you'll have the ambition to grow beyond project delivery and become part of the long-term leadership of the business.

The Right Person

You’ll be an experienced project manager, who takes a collaborative approach to their work and enjoys helping tutor people working around you.

Ideally you’d have experience working on projects that have a high technical output, that require you to think outside of the box and come up with unique solutions to problems.
