About The Role

/n

As the Rental Branch Manager for our Kalgoorlie branch, you will take full accountability for branch performance — leading operations, sales, service, fleet, safety and people to deliver profitable and sustainable growth.

/n

This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll be visible with your team and customers — setting daily direction, supporting sales activity, managing service delivery and stepping in to resolve customer issues when required. You'll be supported closely by the Regional Manager, with strong coaching and collaboration.

What You'll Do

/n

People Leadership

/n

/n

- Lead and develop teams across sales, service and administration

/n

- Set clear expectations, drive accountability and build capability

/n

- Develop succession and career pathways within the branch

/n/n

Branch & Financial Performance

/n

/n

- Own branch performance across budget, forecasting, cost control and P&L;

/n

- Deliver EBITDA, utilisation, sales and growth targets

/n

- Manage POs, expenses and debtors using Power BI and financial reporting tools

/n/n

Sales & Customer Growth

/n

/n

- Partner with Sales through structured weekly planning and pipeline reviews

/n

- Support key customers and manage escalations as required

/n

- Build long‐term,



solutions‐focused customer relationships

/n

- Maintain accurate CRM activity in Salesforce

/n/n

Safety & Leadership

/n

/n

- Lead a safety‐first culture through visible leadership and toolbox engagement

/n

- Ensure WHS compliance and timely closure of all incidents and hazards

/n/n

Service & Fleet Management

/n

/n

- Work closely with the Leading Hand to ensure efficient service delivery

/n

- Maintain fleet availability and fit‐for‐hire standards

/n

- Oversee on‐call coverage and emergency power response

/n

- Strengthen relationships with Caterpillar and dealer partners

/n/n

What You'll Bring

/n

/n

- Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Key Account Manager or similar leadership role

/n

- Strong people leadership capability — able to motivate, develop and hold teams accountable

/n

- Sound commercial acumen with experience managing sales, costs and forecasting

/n

- A solutions‐focused mindset with strong problem‐solving ability

/n

- Experience in equipment rental, power solutions, mining, construction or industrial environments (highly regarded)

/n

- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Suite, CRM and reporting systems)

/n/n
