As our Workplace Relations Manager, you'll lead Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and Safety across Feros Care, providing strategic advice and influencing decisions that impact our people and organisation.
Partnering closely with senior leaders and our HRBP team, you'll help shape our workplace relations strategy, strengthen our safety culture and build organisational capability.
What you'll lead
- Providing expert, practical advice on complex IR, ER and WHS matters.
- Monitoring legislative change and translating into practical business actions.
- Leading our response to major reforms across Aged Care, Disability and Community Services.
- Enterprise bargaining, union engagement and external stakeholder relationships.
- Simplifying and modernising People Experience policies and governance.
- Driving continuous improvement across workplace relations, safety and injury management.
- Partnering with leaders through complex employee matters, investigations and change.
- Strengthening workplace culture, safety performance, wellbeing and risk management.
- Representing Feros Care with regulators, legal advisors, insurers and other key stakeholders.
- Coaching and supporting leaders to build confidence and capability in workplace relations.
About you
You're an experienced and trusted workplace relations leader who brings sound judgement, strong technical expertise and a practical, solutions focused approach.
You know how to balance risk, compliance and organisational priorities while keeping people and purpose at the centre of your approach. You're confident influencing stakeholders, leading through change and creating solutions that are clear and fit for purpose.
You'll bring:
- Expertise and passion for Industrial Relations and Employee Relations.
- Robust understanding of workplace legislation, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Experience translating legislative reform into practical business actions.
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation,
workers compensation and injury management frameworks.
- Experience building and leading high-performing specialist teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
- A passion for simplifying complex processes and creating practical, people-centred solutions.
