Position

Registrar/PHO in Geriatrics at a Northern VIC hospital.

Duration

13/07/2026 to 02/08/2026 (three weeks plus one Sunday shift).

Salary

$160 per hour.

Shift Schedule

Mon 0830-1730, Tue 0830-1730, Wed 0830-1730, Thu 0830-1100, Fri 0800-1630. Sun 0800-1600 (on 02 August).

Responsibilities

- This department provides comprehensive care for adult patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including managing chronic diseases, acute illnesses and complex cases that require coordinated care across multiple specialties.
- Patient education and self-management of long-term health conditions is encouraged; by educating patients about their conditions and involving them in the decision-making process, the unit aims to improve health outcomes for the patient.
