We're looking for a local experienced Digital & Marketing All Rounder to grow our online marketing presence across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of strategies to drive growth, strengthen brand awareness and create engaging content.

What You'll Be Doing

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies for our business.

- Managing and updating our website.

- Creating engaging content for social media platforms.

- Designing graphics, brochures, advertisements and promotional material.

- Producing photography and video content.

- Managing digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta and LinkedIn).

- Creating email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

- Writing website content, blogs and project case studies.

- Managing SEO and improving online visibility.

- Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on results.

- Identifying recent marketing opportunities and growth strategies.

- Leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, automate processes and enhance marketing outcomes.

About You

You'll bring:

- Proven experience in marketing,



digital marketing or brand management.

- Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.

- Website (Wordpress) management experience.

- Experience with SEO, Google Ads and Meta advertising.

- Confidence creating engaging written, visual and video content.

- Experience using AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar to improve workflows and content creation.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- The ability to travel interstate from time to time.

- A proactive attitude with plenty of initiative and creative ideas.

Highly Desirable

- Photography and videography experience.

- Video editing skills.

- Experience working with trade or educational industries.

- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
