Are you a capable plumber who genuinely enjoys the trade?

We are a plumbing business seeking a reliable and versatile plumbing and gas subcontractor for ongoing work throughout the Perth metropolitan area, both north and south of the river.

This opportunity would suit an established subcontractor who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys varied plumbing work and is comfortable handling jobs independently from start to finish.

About the work

The work is varied and may include:

• New residential construction (prelay, tubing, drains, fit out)

• Renovations and extensions

• General plumbing maintenance

• Plumbing installations and repairs

• Gas installations, servicing and repairs

• Drainage and sewer work

• Hot-water system installation and repairs

• Fault-finding and problem-solving

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys plumbing and is willing and capable of working across all areas of the trade—not someone interested in completing only one type of plumbing work.

Essential requirements

Applicants must:

• Hold a current WA plumbing cert III

• Hold a current WA gas-fitting ticket (desirable)

• Hold a current Australian driver’s licence

• Have a current ABN

• Have appropriate public liability insurance





• Have relevant workers’ compensation or personal accident cover, where required

• Have experience across construction, renovation and maintenance plumbing

• Be able to complete plumbing and gas work independently

• Be reliable, punctual and well organised

• Communicate professionally with customers, builders and other trades

• Work independently while maintaining good communication with our team

What we offer

• $65–$85 per hour plus GST, depending on experience, capabilities and the agreed arrangement
