Medical Receptionist – Join Our Team at Agile Doctors

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and professional Medical Receptionist to join our busy practice. We are a private billing clinic with 8 GPs. The clinic is open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 12:30pm.

Key responsibilities:

- Welcoming patients and managing appointments

- Answering calls and handling enquiries

- Processing payments and maintaining patient records

- Supporting doctors and the wider practice team

About you:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong attention to detail and organisation

- Previous medical reception experience preferred

- Ability to work confidently in a busy environment
