You want a role where big commissions follow great performance, and where your results are recognised and rewarded rather than absorbed into someone else's number.

You're a proven salesperson who enjoys building relationships, asking for the sale, and getting deals across the line. You're confident with people, commercially minded, and motivated by results. You take pride in your appearance and you care about your health you train, and you'd rather sell something you'd genuinely use yourself.

You're also a self-starter. Nobody needs to stand behind you with a call list.

The opportunity

Cell Life is a Melbourne-based hyperbaric wellness company selling to clinics, recovery studios, elite sport, gyms and private buyers across Australia — and now into the Middle East.

These are high-value sales with uncapped commission on every one. Close one hard-shell chamber a month and this is a $135,000 role. Close two and it's closer to $190,000. There's no ceiling, and we won't move the goalposts when you reach it.

The leads are warm. The product is excellent. Right now nobody is owning the close — that's the job.

that means you never have to oversell — and never have to defend something indefensible in front of a serious buyer.

The role

**Close warm leads.** Enquiries come to you through our website, socials and referral network. Respond fast, run a proper discovery conversation, convert.

**Create your own.** Around half this role is outbound — recovery studios, physio and chiro practices, longevity clinics, gyms, sports academies. We give you the positioning and collateral. You bring the appetite to pick up the phone.

**Own your deals end to end**, across the full product range. When something hits a genuine technical sticking point — compliance, siting, electrical, commissioning — the Founder steps in to resolve it, and you keep full commission. The rest of the time, the deal is yours to run.

**Keep the CRM immaculate.** Non-negotiable. Every lead logged, every stage current, every follow-up dated. If CRM housekeeping feels like admin that gets in the way of selling, this isn't the role. If you know it's what separates a good month from a excellent quarter, you'll fit right in.

What we're looking for

- A strong, demonstrable sales track record — consultative B2B or high-ticket. Capital equipment, medical devices, fitness equipment or premium services all translate well
- Proof you've worked remotely and performed. Not "I had a laptop at home" — a role you ran with autonomy and numbers you hit without supervision.
