Ready to turn great ideas into marketing people notice and act on?
We’re looking for an organised, energetic and creative Marketing Coordinator who loves making things happen. You’ll bring campaigns to life across sport, leisure, golf and community venues, creating content, coordinating activity and working with a talented national team to deliver marketing that connects and gets results.
If you’re a proactive go-getter who can juggle priorities, write a sharp piece of copy and spot a great content chance, this could be your next move.
Who are we?
At Clublinks, we’re bright, bold, nimble and we like to have fun. We manage and grow sport, leisure, golf and community venues in partnership with local government, private enterprise and tertiary institutions across Australia.
With a team of more than 1,000 people across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia, we’re united by four values: Stand Out, Be Awesome, Speak Up and Get *#it Done. They’re not just words on a wall—they shape how we work, collaborate and create happiness for our communities.
About the role
You’ll be a part of our national Marketing team, based in either Sydney or Newcastle. Reporting to the NSW Marketing Manager, you’ll turn venue and portfolio strategies into marketing activity that builds awareness, engagement and growth. You’ll support a range of our golf and leisure venues in Sydney and beyond, including Newgreens and UNSW Fitness and Aquatic centre, as well as a major development in Beresfield, shaping its market position and turning the venue vision into a compelling customer experience.
Working closely with Marketing Executives, venue teams and our digital and creative specialists, you’ll turn strategic priorities into campaigns, content and communications that are on-brand, on time and built to grow awareness,
engagement and participation.
This is a hands-on role where strategy quickly becomes something real. One day you’ll coordinate a campaign launch; the next, you’ll capture content on site, update a website, prepare an email or turn a venue idea into a polished activation.
What you’ll be doing
· Turn venue marketing plans and strategic priorities into coordinated campaigns, promotions, events and activations across allocated venues and projects.
· Create and publish engaging content across social, email, web and on-site channels.
· Maintain content calendars, schedules and campaign timelines.
· Plan, capture and coordinate organic social media content and community management.
· Support email campaigns, website updates and in-house marketing collateral.
· Brief and liaise with internal designers, digital specialists, suppliers and venue teams.
· Apply brand guidelines, tone of voice and key messages consistently across every touchpoint.
· Coordinate the production and distribution of campaign assets and collateral.
· Track campaign, social and website performance, then turn the results into practical recommendations for what we do next.
· Support stakeholder relationships and act as a responsive day-to-day marketing contact.
· Build an understanding of our audiences, local markets, competitor activity and emerging trends, then use those insights to bring fresh ideas and new opportunities to the table.
About you
You’re a natural organiser with a creative streak,
a positive attitude and the confidence to get stuck in. You enjoy working with different people, can shift between priorities without losing momentum and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You’re also curious about the bigger picture—why a campaign matters, who it needs to reach and how your work can help a venue grow.
You’ll bring:
· A relevant qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
· Experience in marketing, communications, content or events.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail.
· Confidence creating content for social media, email and web channels.
· Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
· A proactive approach—you look for opportunities, solve problems and follow through.
· The ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
· Confidence using digital platforms, content scheduling tools and Microsoft 365; experience with website content management or email marketing platforms is a bonus.
· An interest in sport, leisure, hospitality or community venues would be handy, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn matter just as much.
Why join Clublinks?
· A genuinely varied role across an exciting portfolio of brands, venues and projects.
· A supportive national marketing team with in-house digital and creative expertise.
· Plenty of room to learn, grow and build broad, hands-on marketing experience.
· Ongoing training and development.
· Salary packaging opportunities.
· A workplace culture that is down-to-earth, collaborative and true to our values.
