Eco Touch Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company servicing the Northern Gold Coast and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on providing a premium, consistent service and building long-term relationships with our clients.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-focused Residential Cleaner who is genuinely looking for a long-term position and would like to grow with our company.

About the role

This is a casual position, initially around 2–3 weekdays per week, with the opportunity for hours to increase as you complete training and regular clients are allocated to your schedule.

Please be aware that your hours will build gradually during the training period. We invest time in properly training our team to the Eco Touch standard before cleaners are allocated their own regular clients.

This position is best suited to someone who is financially comfortable with their hours building progressively and who is looking for stability and a long-term role.

What you'll be doing:

- Residential cleaning in clients' homes

- Kitchens and bathrooms

- Dusting and detailed surface cleaning

- Vacuuming and mopping

- Rotational detailed cleaning tasks

- Following individual client scopes and company procedures

- Taking pride in leaving every home to a consistently high standard

What we're looking for:

- Reliability and excellent attendance

- Robust attention to detail

- Someone who genuinely enjoys doing a job properly

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Ability to work independently once trained





- Good communication skills

- Availability for approximately 2–3 weekdays per week

- A reliable vehicle and current driver's licence

- Willingness to travel between clients

- Ability to use a mobile app for rosters and work communication

- Willingness to obtain/provide a Police Check

- A genuine interest in long-term employment

Professional cleaning experience is an advantage, but it is not essential. We would rather train someone with the right attitude, reliability and work ethic.
