Pinnacle Sales Group is expanding, and we’re looking for confident, energetic people from hospitality, retail and other customer-facing backgrounds to join our Sydney team.

The opportunity

You’ll represent one of Australia’s leading not-for-profit organisations through face-to-face community engagement and fundraising campaigns across Sydney.

This is an active, field-based customer acquisition role, not a restaurant, retail store, call centre or desk-based position.

You’ll use your existing people skills to create positive conversations, communicate an important cause and inspire suitable members of the public to become ongoing supporters.

Each morning begins at our Surry Hills office before the team travels together to different campaign locations across Sydney.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, daily coaching and ongoing support.

What you’ll receive

- $38–$47 per hour, depending on experience and progression

- Uncapped weekly performance bonuses

You may be a great fit if you

- Have experience in hospitality, retail, hotels, cafés, restaurants, gyms or another customer-facing environment

- Are confident, positive and naturally comfortable speaking with people

- Stay composed and qualified when things become challenging

- Enjoy working within a social, goal-driven team

- Are coachable, reliable and ready to improve

- Want your effort and performance to be recognised

- Are available full-time, Monday–Friday

- Can commute to Surry Hills and work across Sydney locations

- Hold valid Australian working rights
